每年總會去【上海】1,2次,最掛念的當然是它的美食.大閘蟹,河蝦仁…今次,為大家介紹一下幾間我常去的及上海最有名的餐廳

有一間去了超過十年,每次必去的,便是位於外灘附近九江路的【成隆行蟹王府】了.食大閘蟹很多人也說【新光】是最有名,但個人覺得,新光雖然好食,但價錢太貴,坐又不太舒服
.而【成隆行】是50多年老字號,環境優美,食物質素跟新光差不多,但價錢卻是一半便宜.這裡絕對是我在上海吃大閘蟹首選之地

老闆是香港人,大廚也是廣東廚,所以食品很適合我們.而且真的很有情調,現場有樂師彈奏中國樂器.

另一間我經常去的飯店(由其是吃宵夜),便是位於黃河路的【半島酒樓】.

必叫的一道菜,便是【溫蟹】.它是用生的花蟹,用醋,酒,薑醃熟.好好味啦

還有【醉河蝦】,新鮮河蝦用花雕浸至醉死.送來時還會跳啦,一定要蓋上保鮮紙,直至河蝦不再動.

還有仍在魚缸內暢泳的【大閘蟹】,只售$48一隻.雖然只是4,5兩,但蟹羔豐滿,好抵食

這個【干鍋什菜】,十分野味.
半島由下午12時開到半夜5時.就在黃河路中間,十分易找.

吃老牌上海菜,每一個一定說最好吃是在天平路的【老吉士】.我自己也去過很多次,但其實只覺ok.近幾年有一間上海菜新貴【福1039】,卻給我十分有驚喜.他們有兩間食店,【福1039】每人最低消費$200,有堂座.【福1088】是全部貴賓房形式,每人最低消費$400.食物其實也是差不多一樣,自己兩間也試過,但個人覺得【福1088】好吃一點.若只有兩個人,還是去【福1039】.
