去墨爾本, 除了要到被稱為" 天下第一牛河" 之" 勇記" 外, 不約而同地好幾個朋友也叫我一定要試這間叫" Vue Du Monde" 的餐廳. 這間全城最有名的 Fine Dining 餐廳據知一定要好兩個月前訂位的, 我們卻只有幾天便會去. 在打定輸數的情況下, 竟然出奇幸運地給我們在去之前兩天訂到枱( 可能有人取消吧

魚子醬配煙燻鰻魚Smoked eel, white chocolate , caviar. 鰻魚他們做到外脆內軟, 口感甚好.

面上的鮮奶用液體氮氣變成粉, 加在薄冰上. 下面有青豆, 開心果, 士多啤梨. Peas, pistachio, strawberry . 要弄碎攪勻吃.

半熟鴨蛋配露筍. 蛋白部分是用芹菜做的mousse, 並不是蛋白. Duck egg, asparagus, Celeriac mousse
