不太喜歡吃豬肉的我,一向很少煮豬肉。但今次同樂會要煮的這味"豚の生姜焼き",一直在日本十分受歡迎的一道菜。煮完吃才發現真的很好美味呀!

材料:
豬肉片 --- 300g (約一包)
洋蔥 --- 半個(切條)
椰菜 --- 半個(切絲)
薑 --- 1個(磿蓉夠2湯匙)醃料:
薑蓉 --- 1湯匙
料理酒 --- 1湯匙
豉油 --- 1湯匙
糖 --- 1茶匙
生粉 --- 半茶匙汁料:
鰹魚汁 --- 2湯匙
味淋 --- 2湯匙
豉油 --- 1湯匙
料理酒 --- 1湯匙
薑蓉 --- 1湯匙

2) 下油,把椰菜絲炒至剛熟,然後拿起鋪在碟底,備用。(自己不喜歡吃生椰菜絲,所以略炒。你喜歡可以用生椰菜絲鋪底)我家的生鐵鑊又出場啦!![(thumbs up)](http://l.yimg.com/op/blog/images/emoticon/113.gif)
