這才是我們的MAIN COURSE, 是SOLE....已經吃不了, 叫他們停了. 全餐吃得很飽, 很滿足, 他們多用蒸或BOIL來做菜, 火喉亦是剛好, 全餐晚飯大約200元歐羅, 一流的餐廳!

第四天, 喜歡紅酒及煮食的我, 十分期待著今天, 因為我安排了去Chianti 的VOLPAIA 酒莊的 lunch Chianti style cooking class 同 wines tasting. 由酒店駕車到酒莊, 大約一小時十五分鐘. 十時到達, 即刻開始煮我們的午餐. 附送圍裙及食譜.

Volpaia 生產7 款酒, 4 款紅酒, 其他為白酒同甜酒, 當中有2 枝是90分以上的. 當日我們試了這些, ( 在這裡也跟大家上上紅酒課
) 左一是甜酒, 而右一的Balifico 是 Super Tuscans 的. Super Tuscans 是打破傳統混入法定葡萄以外葡萄如 Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot 和 Syrah 等法國特色的葡萄一起釀製的紅酒. 中間兩枝都是稱為 Chianti Classico 的紅酒, Chianti Classico 的條件是首先葡萄要於 Chianti 區種植 ( 但酒廠 Ruffino 己打破了這個傳統...), 而法定葡萄為最少為 75% 至100% 的 Sangiovese 為主, 而 Trebbiano Toscano 最多不可多過 10%, Malvisia del Chianti 不可多過 6%, 亦可加入 Merlot, Cabernet Sauvigno 等葡萄, 但總容量不可多過15%. 所以是比較原意大利口味的酒, 本人十分喜愛. 右二的是 Chianit Classico Riserva, 稱為 Riserva 意思是最少比普通 Chianit Classico 多陳存2至3年才可推出市面. 本人最喜歡是左二的 Coltassala, 是人手採摘, 葡萄也是頂級的. 在當地買只要港幣三百多元, 香港Citysuper拿了他們的代理, 賣五百多啦....![(surprise)](http://l.yimg.com/op/blog/images/emoticon/13.gif)
