在東京,有兩間最具人氣的皇牌壽司店。便是位於銀座的【久兵衛】及【水谷】了。今次,先試試【久兵衛Kyubey】。這裡一定要早幾天訂位,但每天仍有些坐位留給walk in 客人的。我訂下午,他們叫我12時半後walk in 入去可以了。我大約1時多到達。全店很多人,幸好不需等便在位。

我被安排坐在一角,我跟師傅說要食刺生及壽司的Omakasen,即是由他發辦。Omakasen是最貴,他可以吃他們的SET,由幾千YEN1萬多YEN左右。

第一種魚比較少食叫【KOCHI】牛鰍,但勁好食。魚身爽甜,好有口感。

最後,多吃一個大拖羅炎燒壽司,還是覺得他們燒得太熟,但入口即融,無筋。
