大家有看過我的【正宗四川麻婆豆腐食譜】的話,都應該知我有位廚藝高超在【NOW TV煮角】主持的好友「CC 凌瓏菲」!自上次之後已不斷叫她再教我煮多幾味.之前她正忙於新書出版,所以一直拖延.最近新書上架了,終於有空了!於上星期來我家煮煮聚聚,還帶了她的大廚未婚夫VITO來介紹及我認識啦,十分榮幸!

我就煲老火湯,餸菜就全交給他們付責了(終於可以撓起雙手等飯食
).一面切菜,喝香檳;一面向他們請教入廚心德.VITO曾經在米芝蓮餐廳
「Robuchon」及「
Amber」做廚,這兩間也是本人很愛的餐廳,我更加不會放過機會向他請教一些名菜的煮法,偷偷師...他還教我好多刀功(我的刀功不是很好啦
),好開心好充實啦.
我還叫他攪些廚藝班,我相信一定有很多人想參加的

最開心的是,他於上環自己開的新餐廳將於7月開幕,到時大家一定要去捧場啦
