中國人早餐精選,自問自己最喜歡吃粥和炒麵。今天便來個簡簡單單又好吃的【豉油王炒麵】加【油鹽粥】早餐啦。
2人份量
豉油王炒麵材料:
蝦籽麵 --- 3個(我用【好到底】牌,你也可用其他牌子或普通生麵)
洋蔥 --- 1/4個(切條)
芽菜 --- 少許
蔥 --- 少許
(配菜可以隨個人喜好而下,加入紅蘿蔔絲,火腿絲,肉絲,韭菜。。。我今次只下洋蔥)
調味:
老抽 --- 1.5湯匙
豉油 --- 2茶匙
糖 --- 半茶匙
雞粉 --- 半茶匙

1)麵底出水至散開,8成熟。剩乾備用。

2)中火下油,炒香洋蔥等配菜,再下肉絲或火腿絲炒香(如有)。

3)轉中小火加入麵,炒勻。再加入調味料炒勻至熟。即成。

一碟又香又野味的炒麵,製作就是那麼簡單。
油鹽粥材料:
米 --- 半cup
油 --- 2茶匙
鹽 --- 1.5茶匙
水 --- 1100ml
做法:
1)把米洗淨隔水,再加入油及鹽攪勻醃愈久愈好(最少15分鐘,過夜更好)
2)醃好的米加水,小火煲45分鐘,即成。
(油鹽粥最重要是先要把米用油鹽醃過,其他跟平時煲粥一樣)
