大家一向都知小妹是日本痴,由其是日本餐。常說香港日本餐的質素絕對可以比美日本,以下介紹的壽司店,便是我其中一個飯堂了---中環的【壽司喰 Sushi Kuu】。每次去也會吃它的「Omakasan廚師限定」,由壽司師傅發版,當然你也可以跟他說一下自己的喜好。而我的喜好便是多魚生少熟食。
首先,來個魚生拼盤,有海膽,賴尿蝦,赤貝,八爪魚,牡丹蝦,金目鯛,拖羅。。。正呀。
