一向也覺得外國人不懂煮魚,但「鹽焗鱸魚Salt-Crusted sea bass」卻是我認為是最佳的烹調方法。既可保持魚的濕潤度,又可嚐到魚的鮮味,而在家煮也十分容易。
材料:
鱸魚sea bass———1條連鱗(約400g)
鹽———800g
檸檬———1個(切片)
蛋白———2隻
調味料:
茴香籽Fennel seed———1茶匙
新鮮百里香Thyme———3、4株
1)魚不要打鱗,去內臟,腮。洗淨抹乾備用。預熱焗爐180°。
3)用手搓勻,鹽會變濕潤及粘力。
6)放入焗爐180°焗25分鐘。
P.S: 你也可以用其他魚代替,馬友、𩶘魚⋯這類不太油的魚也適合。

one more question! where to get the Bass sea bass? wet market or city super?

Thanks!!! I love buy fishes in wet market too! just i don't really know Sea bass how's look like.... most time I saw it in city super but not a whole piece.... I will go to wet market ask fish shop owner! thank you so much!!!
